There are two cottages, Woodpecker and Kingfisher.
These are both one bedroom semi detached cottages with a sofa bed in the lounge area so as to cater for up to four persons. They are both on one level with low thresholds and wider doors for the benefit of the less mobile and wheelchair users. There is a wet room with shower, lowered basin, non slip floor and rails to help with mobility if required.

No smoking. Please note these cottages may be unsuitable for young children due to open gardens and pond.

The small kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and partly lowered worktops with hob for wheelchair users to enjoy cooking.

Leading from the lounge, patio doors open onto a private enclosed courtyard garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ with a path leading down to our well stocked pond where visitors are welcome to fish for the large variety of carp. Everything is all level, including swims, and can be enjoyed by all.

There is also a 10 acre field adjacent to the cottages which you are welcome to use.

All electric heating, bedding and towels are included in the price. Non smokers only please. Please note these cottages may be unsuitable for young children due to open gardens and deep water.

There is a wet floor toilet and shower room allowing easy access for all. There is also a shower chair available.
