We are located on the outskirts of the small village of Wattisfield,
on the borders of Suffolk and Norfolk, 10 miles from the market town
of Diss and 12 miles from historic Bury St.Edmunds.

We are in easy reach of the pretty Norfolk Heritage coast with its vast
sandy beaches and bird watching reserves. Also nearby are the
picturesque Norfolk Broads with its many attractions. The cities of
Cambridge and Norwich are within an hours drive and for race lovers
Newmarket and Great Yarmouth hold events throughout the year.

Many attractive Suffolk villages are worth a visit including Lavenham
and Long Melford, ideal for antique hunters. Bury St Edmunds has all
main shopping facilities including a street market every Wednesday
and Saturday. Local pub and restaurant 1 1/2 miles , local shop 3 miles.
